Your mission

You lead the technical aspect of an agile team to deliver high-quality Ai and IoT solutions.
You design scalable software solutions and ensure compliance with software quality standards.
You make technical decisions and create the basis for project success.
You work closely with DevOps, Software Architects and Developers.
You support and develop your team and act as a mentor.
You solve complex performance and architecture challenges for processing and analysing big datasets.
You support a Product Owner and other stakeholders to define and refine project requirements.

Your profile

You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science with at least 5 years of experience in software development.
Your expertise includes programming languages (java, python, TypeScript, JavaScript), software architecture and deep understanding of the software development lifecycle.
You have already worked in the agile framework and are confident in using agile methods and project management tools.
You are fluent in speaking and writing in German and English (at least B2 level).
You demonstrate strong leadership and have excellent communication skills.
You are characterised by strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Innovation and the development of efficient solutions are a priority for you, coupled with a high degree of personal responsibility and initiative.
