Sales Manager (m/w/d)

Your mission
  • Identify and acquire new customers in the energy sector and beyond.
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
  • Present our software solutions and their value to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close licensing agreements.
  • Collaborate closely with our sales team and external partners to achieve sales targets.
  • Analyze market trends and develop sales strategies.
  • Support the creation of marketing and sales materials.

Your profile
  • You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT/CS/Business with at least 5 years of experience in sales in the B2B software solutions sector.
  • You have a solid knowledge of the energy industry or a strong willingness to quickly get up to speed.
  • You are fluent in German and English (at least B2 level), both written and spoken.
  • You demonstrate exceptional communication skills, a persuasive demeanor and negotiation talent.
  • You have a self-driven work style with a strong goal orientation.
  • You are intensely focused on customers, adopting a user-centric approach.
  • You have willingness to travel occasionally, based on customer’s needs.
  • You take ownership and maintain a clear focus on objectives.
  • Your approach is team-oriented, with an emphasis on cross-functional collaboration.
  • You are eager to tackle complex challenges and contribute actively to team success.
